The concierge was a great help and very friendly. Excellent breakfasts were served every morning (and also offered ahead of breakfast times before a very early departure). The rooms are charming however despite a lot of soundproofing there is still some noise from the Buenos Aires nightlife.
Completely happy with the stay.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. I have never has a whole team of people be so helpful and informative about a city. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant fresh and good variety. The beds were so very comfortable and the hotel design was unique and typical to Buenos Aires. All in all a 5 star place to stay.

The hotel had a charming decor, with beautiful colonial-style details that made the room look stylish. The staff was friendly, always ready to help with any request or question. the breakfast was splendid, with a diverse set of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated near many restaurants, cafes, and other key landmarks.
The hotel had a serious cleanliness issue, and the room was not as clean as expected. Upon arrival, I noticed some unpleasant features such as stained bed linens and bathroom fixtures.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they were always willing to help us with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore all the key districts of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was fresh and delicious.

The hotel had a charming and relaxed atmosphere with comfortable surroundings. The staff was attentive and caring, providing excellent service. The location was central and convenient, within walking distance of attractions and other areas. One of the highlights was the availability of English-speaking staff, which was a great advantage for communication. Another positive aspect was the beautiful sitting room where guests could enjoy a glass of wine and experience the ambiance of the theater district.
the view from the room was not appealing, overlooking a quiet and drab rear courtyard. The immediate neighborhood outside the hotel was chaotic and frenetic, which some might find charming but could be overwhelming for others.
